Turn off Private Relay for a specific network (iOS users)

      If you receive this error message, follow the instructions below.  

         

    1. Open Settings on your iPhone .
    2. Go to Wi-Fi, tap the info icon ⓘ next to the "Eduroam" or "ISM-guests" Wi-Fi networks, and turn off Limit IP Address Tracking.
