Setup guide for MeetGeek

Steps to Log In

 Navigate to the MeetGeek Login Page

1. Click “Continue with Microsoft”

2 . Please enter your ISM Microsoft account name or select the appropriate option to proceed.

3. To proceed, please click 'Accept' to continue.

4. Please choose your category from the list provided. If your department is not listed, select 'Other' and manually enter your department name, press Continue 

5. Select 'Referral' and then click 'Continue' to proceed.

6.  Click 'Connect Calendar' and then select 'Continue' to proceed with the process.

7. Click 'Outlook Calendar' and then press 'Continue' to proceed.

8.Select your ISM Microsoft account or enter your login details to access your ISM Microsoft account.

9. Click 'Accept' to proceed.

10. Select 'Join only calendar events that I host'

11. Select your preferred meeting language. You can change it later if needed, then click 'Continue' to proceed.

12. After connecting your calendar, you will see a window similar to the one below. Click the 'Sync' button to synchronize your Outlook calendar."

13. In the final stage, your existing meetings will appear on the main page, as shown below.

14. You can view your available time for the month. However, with the free version, you are limited to 5 hours per month

15. You can select which meetings you would like to record or summarize using MeetGeek.

16. Use this button to enable MeetGeek.
