To change your password, when the old one is still valid and known, just click the following link:

1. Log in with your login name and password.
If you have never changed your password, the system will ask you to fill up your alternate data (mobile phone number and alternate email address).

2. Enter your old password and repeat the new password two times. The password must meet these criteria - at least 8 characters, at least one uppercase letter and at least one number.

If you do not remember your password or it has expired and you have not entered your alternate email before. Your email address and phone number will need to be addressed directly to the IT department where you will change your password.

If you have forgotten or expired your password, there are two ways to change it and you will only be able to use it if you have previously entered additional information (mobile phone number and alternate email address).
